New years to do…

1. If it won't matter in 10 years, it doesn't matter now.

2. If it would matter in 10 years, what would matter?-be clear.

3. When in doubt, don't... spend too much, say something you might regret, charge what doesn't need to be charged, eat what you don't want to eat.

4. If it fits in the filter that it's: necessary, kind AND true-then it's worthwhile to say.

5. Give old stuff to charity, de-clutter. AND make room for the new but include inside self too. How, refer to #1,2,3,7 and 11 then make a pile and drive it to charity.

6. If you think it might be good-go for it, don't confuse with #3. Realize new possibilities.

7. Write alone for 20 minutes-just get it out, no intentional commas, periods or capitals. When we get it out of our heads, it makes more sense and we can use it finally. It also clears a way to balance with our hearts.

8. Feed your emotions with peace, light, love, and kindness, not food. Food is too short lived. Use prayer, meditation, #7, power hour, music, and laughter instead.

9. And this too shall pass-good and bad, so appreciate the good now while it is here, realize the bad will be gone soon.

10. There is always someone somewhere who cares, look up and see... if that is too hard, take homemade something to someone worse off than you.

11. They don't know what you didn't do, so relax. It's always going better than we give credit.

12. Remember 3 things you enjoy, then enjoy them.... where you focus is where you experience.
